The tools

Various tools are put at the disposal of the participants, the main one being the writing case containing the three notebooks EXPERIENCE, EXCELLENCE and EXPERTISE. At the end of the training the participants receive an elegant and practical diary which will allow them to test their Nespresso knowledge every month. Finally, they will also be given the indispensable POCKET MEMO containing the key information on the coffee and Nespresso machines as well as on selling.
